Course Details:
This bundle covers topics, which are essential in assisting conveyancers and support staff to avoid unnecessary requisitions. Areas covered include:
- guidance on execution of deeds and how to ensure your execution clause is compliant
- the different types of notices and restrictions are explained and how to apply for registration of them. The effect of existing registered notices and restrictions on new applications are also discussed
- guidance on what evidence of identity is required for applications and how it should be given
- advice regarding practices and requirements for applications supported by a transfer or deed to update the register
- guidance on when HM Land Registry will accept electronic signatures, and the requirements that accompany the use of an electronic signature.
