PCC Education Hub (Hub) is the sister company of Property Conveyancing Consultancy (PCC). PCC’s success was achieved by offering high quality post-completion outsourced services to the conveyancing industry. This foundation allowed PCC to grow from strength to strength allowing management to examine conveyancing in greater detail where the desire grew to offer PCC’s quality and expertise to firms who executed their own post-completion work.

The Hub is designed to target best practice in post-completion by offering post-completion courses not only for support staff but extends to fee earners of all levels as well. The Hub will exemplify how post-completion tasks are entwined at each stage of conveyancing, thus liberating the theory that post-completion is simply an afterthought in conveyancing.

The selection of courses shall be presented against the backdrop of HM Land Registry practice guides, infused with tips and bite-size keypoints, providing certainty and confidence in each practitioner’s ability when submitting applications to HM Land Registry.

We understand instilling a complete overhaul of how post-completion is viewed will be challenging, however changing the traditional attitudes to this crucial element of conveyancing is critical.

By creating an extra layer of technical knowledge and confidence to the profession, the Hub will raise standards across all elements of post-completion work in the industry to leave a legacy and mark in this wonderful world of conveyancing.
